Part one in a series of articles that tells the story behind the 2020 election fraud.

Having been a part of the 2020 election as an election judge and a poll watcher, all the cases of fraud that are coming forward are no surprise.  To grasp the election system, it doesn’t take much.  A little training, some observation, curiosity, and asking lots of questions. In this voting cycle on slow days where I processed a small handful of voters over the course of an eight hour shift, it gave me plenty of time to think.  In that downtime my mind wandered, maybe it was twisted.  I imagined if I were to try and cheat an election how would I do it?   Never in those daydreams did I think in this election would I see an attempt to pull-off such a complex, coordinated plan. I don’t think it’ll be ultimately successful in stealing the election. But frankly, at some points I thought the plan was genius.  There’s been a combination of using the system itself (both lawfully and illegally), using people at all levels to manipulate the process, and leveraging technology to execute it.  The news that’s emerging and being censored faster than a rat on a Cheeto, is being blasted out in small chunks.  Unless you’re an insider, or really understand how elections work, it’s hard to see how it all comes together. 

The story behind the election fraud headlines goes back farther, is much bigger, and by far weirder than anyone would expect.  So far, following the story has been like digging through a bathtub full of mixed-up puzzle pieces while trying to sort out if there’s just one puzzle or ten different puzzles in the tub.  For the purpose of organizing this article, I’ll start locking the edges of the puzzle together. As chunks of the puzzle’s middle section form, we’ll have a way to help properly situate those partially solved sections within the frame. Some sections are formed now, some will shape up later.

Before we dive in, let’s have some fun with predictions. I anticipate the puzzle’s final picture will be one of those big bulletin boards in a crime movie.  A wall of perps pictures, connected by tacks and string, showing which scum-lord is connected to which greaseball – and who are the kingpins at the top.  I want the cliche ending of this movie where it turns out the bulletin board leads to taking down the bosses running the racket.  My next prediction is that we’re going to see political power players and their legacies destroyed amid wild drama. We’ve already seen crack pipes and naked selfies. Is it sick to hope for more dirt? Finally, I think there’s an 80% chance we’ll find out who’s sitting at the top of it all.

The crime we’re tracking is election fraud.  As I covered in an earlier article , there’s a difference between election fraud and voter fraud.  Traditionally, voter fraud is committed on a scale that can’t overturn a national election.  It’s primarily geared to succeed in elections with small vote counts.  Election fraud however is effective at scale and can easily change an election. Evidence is showing up all over: election law violations, counting false ballots, manipulating voter data, etc.  The sleazy underbelly of all this surrounds voting machines.  Cheating with voting machines isn’t new. The plot twist in 2020 is the scale and coordination of it.  

How to Rig an Election: 101

First, to successfully steal a national election, the end-results have to be plausible. If they’re not believable, whomever ends up in office will be considered an illegitimate leader.  So in the simplest terms, to successfully rig an election in the U.S., either votes need to be added, or removed from the pool of ballots so the final count tips the scale for the candidate.  But, it’s a tricky challenge.  The win can’t be by too much, or too little.  Because our election system is decentralized, meaning each state runs its own election process with different rules. Plus, each county within every state administers the election with its own rules. On the surface it looks like coordinating it all would be impossible, but it’s not.   This scam has been packaged up and sent to counties across the U.S.

It’s Based on an Equation

Since our elections are administered by county, it means the votes need to be manipulated in groups, not as a nationwide whole. Remember, it’s about delivering a plausible result, which means in each county there’s a range of counted ballots that needs to be maintained. Too many votes cast, and voter turnout totals are a problem. Too few and recounts become a factor. In many states if the results land in a specific margin range, by law a recount happens automatically. In states where recounts aren’t auto-triggered, results with a small-margin victory create a window where challenges are legal. In some cases challenges can be both an audit and a recount. Recounts and audits are bad news for the scammers because that’s where results can be overturned. Results falling outside the magic window means a win for the scammers, because the ability to legally challenge is pretty much eliminated.

The X factor in this equation is voter turnout.  If the opposing candidate really turns out the vote, especially on Election Day, that eats up the number of votes scammers can add to the total pool.  The risk gets riskier because voter turnout numbers can easily get too high to be believable.  In 2020, many counties across the U.S. reported voter turnouts of over 100%, here’s one example from Florida.  Ultimately it’s about simultaneously balancing four factors, one of which is highly unpredictable.  First is to keep the total vote count believable.  Next is to make sure the ratio of winning votes stays in the magic range.  Then be able to adjust the vote ratio numbers, in real-time to stay in the zone, while the magic range is a moving target.  Does this sound complicated?  It is.  Now multiply this by about 30 counties.  Finally, it’s time to add the last piece, the X factor. In this election President Trump’s record-breaking popularity resulted in historic voter turnout.  Making it even more unpredictable was the “shy Trump voter” phenomena based on The Bradley Effect. Now that we have a sense of the operation’s size, complexity, and audacity; let’s move to “the how”.

Simple Math: Addition and Subtraction

Traditionally, how votes are added or deleted in an election happens in a number of ways. The methods aren’t all that novel, for example:  forging ballots, stuffing ballot boxes, ID fraud, destroying or losing ballots, etc. Prosecuting the crimes where ballots are added to the pool is difficult because once a ballot becomes anonymous (naked ballot), the evidence is gone.  Bad ballots are mixed in with the good and there’s no telling the two apart.  This is precisely why there are so many challenges this election around the bi partisan poll watchers inability to see the ballots during processing.  The poll watchers create a choke point that can stop the bad ballots from entering the mix.  

When it comes to removing ballots from the system, it’s about timing.  The best strategy is to stop the ballot from entering the system all together.  That way, the chain of command during processing, which provides evidence of a ballot’s existence, becomes useless.  To illustrate, if a voter claims they sent their ballot in, but it never arrived, the only thing the election administrators can confirm is whether or not a ballot was issued.  They can’t isolate where the problem happened.  The only recourse for the voter is to cast another ballot (usually provisional), if there’s time. Here’s how it applies to the cheating scheme. It eliminates one vote from the total number of votes creating the opportunity for a fraudulent ballot to be added back into the total.  The USPS played a decent role in scaling this tactic. By destroying ballots, pick-up and delivery “mistakes”, illegal postmarking etc. it leveraged a system outside the purview of election officials and their ballot tracking system. The USPS used their ability to both add and remove ballots from the system, outside the formal election process.

Mail-in Voting:  The Star of the Show

Elections up to 2020 recorded and managed the number of ballots issued, by tracking against voter rolls.  Tracking continues as the ballot goes through processing.  At the end, all ballots were accounted for whether they were counted or not.  A full reconciliation.  However in 2020 this process was changed by design with the escalation of mail-in voting.  Many states either changed, relaxed, or gave up on following their laws for requesting absentee ballots.  Worse, some states simply mailed ballots to everyone on a voter roll without first checking the roll accuracy e.g. California.  In Colorado for example, Judicial Watch is suing the state for neglecting to maintain voter rolls. Thirty-nine CO counties have more registered voters than residents.  So, in many cases, normal accounting for how many ballots originally mailed to voters was ditched.  Overall, mail-in voting achieved three things critical to steal the election.  First, it automatically eliminated the data needed to manage the voting process accurately from the beginning.  Second, it allowed for the system to be flooded with extra ballots that could be used in a number of ways (as we’ll see later).  Finally, it set the stage for voting machines to play a substantially larger, more impactful, role in the fraud scheme. 

Finishing the Edges of the Puzzle

Now that we know the key factors in the fraud set-up, let’s start puzzling it out.  The fraudsters took a look at the election map and isolated which county or counties were critical for Biden to win in order to take any given state.  How did they pick the targets?  First consideration was the number of voters in a county.  The bigger the overall pool of votes, the more wiggle room for cheating.  Next decision, the likelihood of winning the county – perceived or real.  Final factor, the “friendliness” of the election officials on the local and the state level.  They needed people in place who would both go along and actively participate with the ruse – without narking.  Targets identified.  Did anyone else read that last sentence in Arnold’s Terminator voice?

All this planning had to have taken place well in advance for two reasons.  First was to have enough time to get not just voting machines in place, but the right machines installed. * chime * Dominion entered the chat.  Second, the media needed to be coordinated in order to set the narrative of expectations.  Biden had to be positioned and locked-in as the strongest candidate to win the general in order to push him through the primaries.  

How this happened and the evidence that points to who is likely involved is where the story gets really interesting. In the next article, “The Voting Machine Mafia” we’ll dive into the rotten core of it all.
